"On October 17, 2020 Marylyn and the Juste D’Oeuvres team Catered our daughter’s Wedding. This was a most stressful time for us. Due to Covid and things changing weekly, we went from a venue with 278 guests to 70 guests in our backyard. From our first phone call with Marylyn, she put us at ease. She was so informative, compassionate, understanding and very detailed. The Wedding Day was perfect! Marylyn and her team of Chefs, Waitstaff and Bartenders were all so nice and attentive to all our guests. They were all so professional. My home was left in perfect condition. The FOOD! From the Appetizers, Salad and Pasta course to the Main Entrée which was Orange Glazed Salmon and Beef with a red wine reduction, everything tasted amazing. It was so great to see Marylyn’s attention to detail, from the appetizers to the plates that came out for dinner It all looked so pretty. Everything came out with a small bundle of Autumn flowers, just perfect! We look forward to working with Marylyn for our next daughter's wedding!"

"We’re a 2020 couple that had to pivot our wedding 3 times. Marylyn was accommodating to our changes (reduced guest count and venue change to a backyard) and delivered in a huge way on wedding day. "Any questions we had, or unexpected surprises (as there always are), or last minute changes, were handled with grace and ease by Marylyn and her entire time leading up to our day. She replied to emails and phone calls promptly and settled my irrational fears. She helped design our menu, and even though she was not there on our day, her staff made sure everything was taken care of. Our outdoor wedding turned into a mud bath with heavy rain and her staff were very professional and helped us even set up for that day, something they did not have to do, but still did without asking and with smiles. We received many compliments from our guests about the bartender, Frank, and kind staff. Through the whole night the only thing that was forgotten were small water bottles for the tables, but once realized, it was handled with absolutely no problem. I would definitely recommend (for the comfort of nerves and delicious food) Marylyn and her entire staff at Juste Hors D'oeuvres. If we have another event, we will definitely contact them!"

"From our first call, Marylyn, walked us through ways to have amazing upscale dishes within our budget. She even helped us arrange all of our other rental needs unrelated to the food. I had overlooked a few things day of and realized hours before the ceremony began. Before I even knew it, I had delivery trucks in my driveway and everything had been taken care of! The staff was incredible, passed apps came out tray after tray and no one had to search for their favorite dish. All tables and tops were kept clean of used dishes and glasses. The bartenders were the life of the party. Kept everyone up in spirits having a great time. The chefs were crazy fun to be around and put out incredible food! We couldn't be happier with the food and service provided, and our wedding couldn't have been such an amazing success without Marylyn or her incredible team!"
